Privacy policy

We keep this simple. We ask for only what we need to reply to you, and we keep it with the studio.

Who we are

One Space Design Studio is an architectural design studio led by Ar. Salony. In this policy, “we” and “the studio” mean One Space Design Studio.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our “Book a call” form, we receive what you choose to write:

• your name, and your phone number or email address;
• the kind of project, the location of the site, and your message.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or anything more than this.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a conversation, and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or send newsletters you did not ask for.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet and notified to the studio’s email, both within Google’s services. Only the studio has access. Google processes this information on our behalf under its own terms and security practices.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as it is needed to respond and to follow up on a project, and no longer than necessary after that. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers when the page opens. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.

Your choices

You may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond promptly. We handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
